1. Return Eligibility:
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

•  The product must be in its original packaging.
•  The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
•  Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

•  Spices that have been opened or used.
•  Products that are not in their original condition.

3. Refund Process:
At Do Bhai Masala, we strive to provide you with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.  Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email within 30 days regarding the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment. Refund Processing takes upto 7 days after refund request.

4. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non- refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, case to case it may varied which will subject to notified over respective channels. 5. Damaged or Defective Products:
In the case of receiving a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to arrange a return and replacement.

6. Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
